Connecting
"Switch to Robinhood Chain" won't go away Your wallet is on another network. Switch it to Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663) inside the wallet.
Phantom does nothing when I mint, review or buy Phantom only uses networks you've switched on. Go to Settings → Active Networks and turn on Robinhood Chain, then try again. Also make sure you're using Phantom's 0x address, not the Solana one.
Scanning a QR code or using a mobile wallet fails Use a browser-extension wallet, or open agentware.sh in your mobile wallet's built-in browser.
I get signed out Sessions last 30 days and belong to one wallet. Switching accounts in your wallet signs the old one out. Click Sign in with wallet again. It's a free signature.
Buying
"You need … USDG on Robinhood Chain to buy this package" The wallet doesn't hold enough USDG on Robinhood Chain. USDG on another network doesn't count.
It asks for a transaction the first time That's the one-time USDG approval, and it needs a little ETH for gas. Every purchase after it is two free signatures.
"This wallet has no ETH on Robinhood Chain to pay the gas fee" Add a small amount of ETH on Robinhood Chain. You need it for the first purchase, for reviews and for minting.
I signed the first payment and the second failed Click Buy again. The fee you already paid is remembered, so only the second signature is asked for.
Was I charged twice? No. The two signatures are the two parts of one price: 10% and 90%.
"You've already bought this package. Sign in to open it." That wallet already owns it. Sign in with the same wallet and the package opens.
"Payment went through, but the package didn't load" Refresh the page and sign in with the wallet that paid. The package opens without paying again.
The button says "Not for sale yet" That listing is a sample. Samples are shown only while no real package is live, and they can't be bought or reviewed.
Selling
"Listing isn't open yet" or "The scan agent is temporarily unavailable" Your draft is saved. Try again a little later.
The scan says "Needs changes" Fix each listed point and click Save and scan again. Issues marked blocker must be fixed. note items are optional.
"This package has been scanned too many times" A package can be scanned 8 times. Start a new draft.
"You've created a lot of drafts today" The limit is 20 new drafts per wallet per day. Edit an existing draft, or try again tomorrow.
The mint is slow If the transaction was sent but hasn't confirmed, the button changes to Finish listing. Clicking it again never mints twice. You can follow the transaction with the View the mint transaction link.
"That mint points to a different package" The identity you minted has a different metadata URL. Mint from the package's own page so the right URL is used.
I edited an approved package and the mint button vanished Any edit sends the package back through the scan. Scan it again, then mint.
The site
"Updating to the latest version" The site was updated while your tab was open. It reloads itself once. If it doesn't, reload the page.
"We couldn't reach Robinhood Chain just now" A temporary network problem. Check your connection and try again.
